Returns Made Simple

Return Period: 30 days from the date your order is delivered

Eligible Items: Products must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and included accessories.

Easy Process: Contact our support team and we'll guide you through every step of the return process.

Restocking Fees: None. We do not charge restocking fees on approved returns.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items. To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and tags intact. Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.

How to Submit a Return

  1. Reach out to our support team: Send an email to help@jamesbonetti.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return.
  2. Prepare your package: Carefully repack the item in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
  3. Send it back: Follow the return shipping instructions provided by our team.

Return Shipping Costs

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, James Bonetti will cover all return shipping costs and arrange a replacement at no additional charge.

Sizing Issues or Change of Mind

If you've selected the wrong size, changed your mind, or decide the item isn't quite right for you, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We welcome exchanges for eligible items. Contact our support team at help@jamesbonetti.com to begin an exchange, and we'll walk you through the process promptly.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and passes inspection, we'll initiate your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Restocking

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. Any such products will be clearly labeled as non-returnable on their respective product pages.
